About me

I have previously worked as a CBT therapist in a Private Hospital and as a CBT & EMDR Therapist in the NHS. I now have a small Private Practice.

Areas of interest

My interest is in treating adults with all types of mental health difficulties e.g. Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Depression, OCD, Social Anxiety, Performance Anxiety, Self-esteem, etc; I am a qualified and experience EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing); I also have a Special Interest and training in using ACT Therapy (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy).
