I'm a Clinical Psychologist with a specialist interest in supporting adults, couples, families and groups.

My therapeutic approach includes Systemic Family Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

I focus on helping people understand and change unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours, reduce distress, and strengthen resilience to support long-term emotional wellbeing.
