About me

I am an Integrative Transpersonal (Integrative) Psychotherapist interested in promoting growth, well-being, change and development. I work with individuals, couples, families and Groups. I run workshops on Family Constellations, Body and breath work and the inner child. I also work deeply with Trauma and use EMDR and other methodologies to work intensely on deep issues. Life is continuously moving and thus in flux so transformational progress is my focus. I use numerous schools of thought, methodologies and systems to encourage growth and development. I believe in the uniqueness of individuals and so meet individuals exactly where they are in order to promote change.
