About me
I have been working as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at The Freeman Hospital since 2008.
I specialise in Hip and Knee surgeries. I have a high volume practice.
I have completed my Orthopaedic Training at Newcastle Deanery, as well as my specialist Arthroplasty training (Hip & Knee surgeries) as a Post CCT Fellow at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Stanmore. I have done visiting Fellowships at Oxford Nuffield Institute, West Ontario University Hospital in Canada, and Training visits at Endo Klinik in Hamburg.
Involved in Surgical training and have instructed in Joint/Hip Replacements and Revision Hip Surgery Courses for the last ten years at the Newcastle Surgical Training Centre .
I am involved in research and training international surgeons in Arthroplasty.
