About me

I am a senior Counselling Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.

I work as private practitioner in various locations in London. I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy depending on your needs and difficulties.

I work from an integrative perspective, combining Existential-Phenomenology with Psychodynamic principles.
I also offer short term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression.

My comprehensive and diverse training and experience enable me to work with a wide range of difficulties and tailor therapy to your individual needs.

I have further interest and experience in Maternity & Women’s Health. I managed the Women’s Health Counselling Service in Homerton Hospital where I worked with a wide range of difficulties such as transition into parenthood, perinatal and postnatal depression, traumatic birth experience, fertility issues and pregnancy loss.

I also have a special interest in transgenerational trauma and in immigration and identity and working with individuals who experience difficulties forming intimate relationships with others.

I offer clinical supervision and I have been teaching and supervising counselling psychology and psychotherapy students at Regent’s University and the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

My approach to therapy is open, direct and non-judgmental with a compassionate and nurturing attitude.

The process of therapy offers an opportunity to explore your life more closely and to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your difficulties. As we discuss and talk about these difficulties together, you will begin to find new ways of tackling them and reaching resolutions that could open up new ways for change and moving forward.
