About me

I have over 25 years experience working in the field of mental health both in the NHS and private sector. I have worked in CBT since 1999 in a range of settings including NHS specialist teams, The Centre for Trauma, Resilience and Growth under Steve Regel MBE, and The Priory Clinic Nottingham. I now work in the private sector offering high quality individualised therapy to clients seeking to address a range of difficulties. I am a fully accredited BABCP therapist and supervisor supervising therapists in private health and the NHS.
