About me
Marc Pacifico is dedicated to providing the highest possible standard of care to every cosmetic or reconstructive surgery patient in his care. He will provide you with an open and honest opinion regarding your suitability for surgery, with your safety and wellbeing as his top priority.
Marc prides himself on the very personal relationship he develops with his patients, understanding that the trust and confidence you have in your surgeon is vital throughout your surgical journey. Marc graduated from St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College and undertook his surgical training in a number of prestigious hospitals in London. His specialist plastic surgery training started at Charing Cross Hospital, London and from there he spent 5-years at Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, during which time he completed his doctorate on improving outcomes in melanoma. Subsequently he trained at The Royal Free Hospital, London and Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, where he worked as a Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon until 2017. He is now in full time private practice, where he continues to work in both reconstructive and aesthetic arenas of plastic surgery.
Marc was awarded the Ian McGregor "gold" medal for coming top in the UK in the FRCS (Plast.) exam. Marc has been comprehensively trained in the most advanced techniques in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery; both in the UK and during the time he spent working in Melbourne, Australia. It was in Melbourne that he undertook the Advanced Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the internationally renowned Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery. He has experience in all areas of plastic surgery, but his main interests are in breast, facial and abdominal surgery. The look Marc aims to achieve is a natural, fresh look, in all areas of aesthetic surgery. Marc particularly focuses on the care you receive pre- and post-operatively, in order to optimise the outcome of your surgery and provide you with a smooth recovery after your operation.
Marc recently opened Purity Bridge at Tunbridge Wells Plastic Surgery, an independent clinic in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. He consults there whenever possible, but also sees patients at private hospitals in the region.
Marc Pacifico is a fully accredited specialist in plastic surgery, and is on the Specialist Register in Plastic Surgery with the General Medical Council and a member of BAPRAS (British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons), BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) and ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons). Marc sits on the BAAPS Council and continually contributes to the profession. When not at work, Marc spends as much time as possible with his young family
