About me
PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE NO AVAILABILITY AT PRESENT AND MY WAITING LIST IS CLOSED.
I am an HCPC Registered Pracitioner Psychologist and worked within the NHS for many years, in primary and secondary care, in both Adult and Child & Adolescent (CAMHS) Tier 2 services. I now work solely in private practice, in St Albans (Hertfordshire). I am qualified in a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, person-centred psychotherapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy using these singly or integratively as appropriate.
I have worked extensively with clients, across the age range (5-80 years), presenting with a variety of problems including anxiety disorders (e.g. phobias, OCD, health anxiety), depression, stress, trauma and relationship & family difficulties. I have a particular interest in psychological problems relating to pregnancy & childbirth and other women’s issues such as infertility, menopause etc.
