About me
I am a Consultant in Adult General Psychiatry with special interests in Bipolar Disorder, Treatment-Resistant Depression, Pharmacology, Pharmacogenomics and Neuropsychiatry. I offer personalised care with a holistic approach and work in conjunction with Clinical Psychologists. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, a member of the Royal College of Physicians, and a member of the British Neuropsychiatry Association and the British Association of Psychopharmacology. I was awarded The Gaskell Gold Medal & Prize of the Royal College of Psychiatrists . From 1993 to 2017 I was Chair of Paper A of the MRCPsych examination and member of the Examinations Sub Committee of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
