I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist. Offering in person and remote services.

I have worked within the mental health field for the past 20 years; working in the statutory, voluntary and private sectors. I have a broad range of experience in complex mental health, substance use, mood disorder, eating issues and issues related to life adjustment and relational dilemmas.
