About me
The ongoing global pandemic has changed the way all medical care is being delivered including Urology. As a consultant for over 13 years I have safely and swiftly adapted my practice to deal with the new challenges and also still offer rapid assessment and treatment of urgent and time sensitive urological conditions.
I have continued to provide urgent kidney stone diagnosis with CT scans and treatments and developed protocols within the NHS and Independent sectors to use operating theatres as safely as possible only when required but also in a timely fashion.
Cancer diagnostic tests are also available including MRI scans for concerns regarding prostate cancer but also for the investigation of blood in the urine and testicular swellings.
Finally, many patients have delayed seeking help and a remote consultation with a specialist and a plan for the coming months is possible.
