David qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1985 and the University of Brighton where he was awarded the Post Graduate Certificate of Clinical Education followed by MSc. He has been teaching osteopathic techniques, dry needling, Medical acupuncture and ultrasound to both students and professionals for over 25 years in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Australia, New Zealand,Singapore, Malaysia,Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, USA,Bahrain, Dubai, Canada and Japan.

Osteopathic examination & treatment will focuses on the joints, muscles and spine.
It is designed to treat the body as a whole and can provide relief and treatment for a wide range of conditions for all ages, which can include:
� arthritis
� lower limb joint pain such as foot, ankle, knee and hip
� back and neck pain, including referred pain such as sciatica
� upper limb joint pain, such as hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder
� headaches
� soft tissue conditions such as tennis and golfer's elbow
� postural problems due to pregnancy.
During your first osteopathy session, you will asked detailed questions about your symptoms, other medical care you are receiving, medication and general health, lifestyle and diet.
A physical examination will take place where you will be will observed making simple movements and stretches to observe your posture and mobility, which will assist with your diagnosis. Palpation is used to examine the area of the body (you may need to remove some clothing from the area being examined), to determine conditions and identify the body's points of weakness or excessive strain.
After the examination a clear explanation of your findings will be given and a treatment plan discussed. If your condition is not appropriate for osteopathy treatment, you may referred to your GP for further investigations.
Should treatment be required, an explanation of the benefits and any risks will be given.
