About me
I have over 12 years' experience working in acute hospital settings, covering both medical wards and outpatient clinics. I have specialised in Type 2 diabetes, gastroenterology and oncology and have extensive knowledge in nutrition support and the management of malnutrition.
Nutrition is an ever-changing field, and I am passionate about providing advice that is evidence-based and free from misinformation. I keep my knowledge up to date through accredited courses, webinars and professional learning.
I can support you with a wide range of nutrition-related concerns, including IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, oncology and post-hospital stay recovery. I also help individuals looking to build healthier eating habits and a more positive relationship with food.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to diet. Food choices are shaped by lifestyle, emotions and individual circumstances, which is why I focus on what matters most to you. My role is to provide the guidance, tools and confidence you need to make sustainable changes that support your health and wellbeing.
Together, we can work towards your personal goals whether that's regaining strength after illness, feeling more confident in your food choices, or simply enjoying everyday life with improved energy and balance.
