About me

I am a qualified, registered and BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 12 years experience working in local services and organisations, schools, the NHS in addition to private practice. I am an approved counsellor with Barnardo's Adoption Agency. Additionally roles include Supervisor, Trainer and previously Tutor on a Stage 4 BACP Accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

I offer to meet you without judgement, providing a safe and confidential space with the opportunity to explore thoughts, feelings, actions and experience, past and present. I bring warmth, empathy, challenge and a straightforward passion to my work, helping you find a new perspective and personal awareness to experience improved mental health, well-being and relationships.

This is based on a Humanistic-Existential and Person-Centred Framework, integrating Transational Analysis, Psychodynamic, Interactional, Systemic, Gestalt, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness, Creative and Experiential Therapy.
