About me

I am a senior accredited counsellor with BACP and have a background in Psychodynamic Therapy. I often integrate techniques from other practices, such as IPT, CBT and Solution focused therapies, to create the most effective programme for both long and short term clients.

Alongside my private practice, I also have many years experience working in the NHS, GP surgeries, charities and secondary schools.

Previous clients have ranged from people as young as 13 years, through to adults of 92 years of age!

My professional, comfortable rooms are located in central Chichester with parking and transport links nearby.
