About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist offering psychological therapy for personal development and a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. These include depression, anxiety, low-self esteem and relationship issues.

As a Counselling Psychologist I have been trained to use several different theoretical models in my practice, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and EMDR. During an initial consultation I will recommend an appropriate therapeutic approach based on my clinical experience and knowledge of research evidence. Above all, I endeavour to provide a safe, non-judgemental, empathic environment in which my clients can explore their difficulties.
