About me

I have over 15 years of experience; I offer high-quality counselling for depression and anxiety and stress; I have a wide range of experience, working with a full range of issues. I have worked locally in Banbury in Oxfordshire at my established private practice for nearly ten years and at two local Banbury NHS GP surgeries. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Counselling therapy. Now I am working online using a Zoom video. I can now reach you where ever you are.

These are some of the mental health concerns I usually work with.
Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Work stress, Bereavement and Loss, Relationship issues, Divorce and separation, Family issues, Confidence and self-esteem, Anger management, Eating problems, Phobias, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) Life-stage issues, Achieving goals, Making life changes, Addictions, Drug & Alcohol Misuse, Social anxiety, Trauma - Work & Career Issues - Sleep Problems

Whatever the concern, come and talk and we can decide together how I can help you. You will feel listened to, and given the time and space, to explore and reflect on how it is for you, with no fear of being judged or criticized is important. This, I feel, helps a client reach their own resolution, which is what counselling is all about.
