About me
Paul initially trained as a professional violinist, traveling and performing extensively in the UK and abroad. In 1999 he decided to re-train as a massage therapist. This keen interest in the human body led to continued studies and in 2005 Paul graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM) with a BSc in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine. Paul has since trained in Cranial Osteopathy, modern acupuncture (also known as dry needling), ultrasound therapy, ergonomics and orthotic prescription. Paul’s special interest is posture and ergonomics (workstation assessments). It is his own 'Osteopathic take' on Alexander technique that he frequently uses in treatments giving detailed self-care plans to truly resolve problems.
