About me

An ex professional dancer is now an experienced chartered Physiotherapist with a Master of Science degree in advanced Physiotherapy (UCL).
MACP, CSP, HPC member. Specialising in Sport injuries Back pain, Shoulder pain and disorders. Treatment is tailored to the individual and includes hands on work with or without joint mobilisation and manipulations. This, together with Pilates based rehab exercises on the special Pilates machines and mat work provides the best combination for clients who look for full recovery. For those who are at higher levels such as athletes and personal trainers a more advanced Classical Pilates work is offered depending on the specific goals and needs.
