About me

Dr Suzanne Glendenning has over 25 years experience in clinical practice within the NHS and continues to work part time for an NHS psychological therapies service. Sessions are arranged in a comfortable private setting to allow clients to explore their difficulties in a supportive and non-judgemental environment, and can also be held online. Areas of interest

Psychological assessment and therapy for a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress related problems, trauma, childhood sexual/physical/emotional abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I have over 25 years experience and specialize in working with post natal depression, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and anxiety disorders.
I use a range of therapies including CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, Metacognitive therapy and EMDR, for which I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner.
