About me

Elected President of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists 2023-2026.
I trained in ophthalmology at the world famous Moorfields Eye Hospital in London before moving to Norfolk in 2007.
Since becoming a consultant at James Paget University Hospital I have developed their Age Related Macular Degeneration service which was short listed for a national award for excellence in 2012. I became clinical director for research and development in 2015 and lead an ophthalmology research team allowing me to offer the very latest treatments to my patients.
