About me

Prof Thomas-Gibson is a gastroenterologist and specialist endoscopist with a particular interest in Bowel Cancer Screening, the diagnosis and endoscopic management of pre-cancerous bowel conditions such as polyps, polyposis and colitis; as well as the general investigation of bowel and abdominal symptoms.
She has an academic interest in safe and comfortable colonoscopy teaching and lecturing widely in this field both nationally and internationally.
She is a Professor of Practice at Imperial College, the Deputy Director of Bowel Cancer Screening and Chair of Gastroenterology at St Mark's Hospital. She is Clinical lead for Endoscopy at The London Clinic.
Previously she has been Chair of JAG and Dean of St Mark's Academic Institute.
