About me
Matthew Tutton has more than 15 years experience as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon. He is specialist in robotic bowel surgery, laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery and endoscopy. He is the Divisional Director for Surgery at Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals.
His practice includes robotic surgery for all bowel resections and cancer surgery. Laparoscopic and open surgery for all types of hernia repairs and gallstones, haemorrhoid treatments including THD, and minimally invasive techniques for fistula (VAAFT) and pilonidal surgery (EPSIT). He is an expert in gastroscopy and colonoscopy and offers transanal endoscopic microsurgery service (TEM) for the treatment of large rectal polyps and early cancers.
