About me

I use an integrative approach which means therapy is tailored to suit client needs. Integrative means I use a variety of approaches to address difficulties. These include: psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural (CBT), psychosexual therapy, mindfulness, brief therapy, trauma focussed work and EMDR. My clients tell me they like this approach; it is personal and makes sense.
