About me

I am a fully accredited CBT Therapist with over 20 years of experience working both in the NHS and private sector. I started my Independent practice in 2007 and have also held visitor lecture posts for those training in CBT. I am able to provide assessments and therapy sessions in clinic and also via Skype or FaceTime. I am enthusiastic and dedicated to building lasting resilience for both adolescents and adults and love my job! I am bound by the rules and ethical conduct of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists.
