About us
I have thirty one years of physiotherapy experience in large NHS teaching hospitals, high level sports clubs, occupational health and private musculo-skeletal practice. I am committed to optimising the outcomes of my clients with an educative, evidence-led approach including self-management advice and individually tailored rehabilitation exercise programmes. I am also a fully qualified clinical pilates instuctor, trained through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute with over thirteen years teaching experience.
