About me
Mr Wilson has over 30 years experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems and is a recognized specialist in knee and shoulder pain, and the use of injections. As well as his clinical position, he also holds a lecturing/research post at Southampton University, where he is course director of the nationally renowned Masters Injection Therapy Module. He is widely published in the national and international academic press, a peer reviewer of articles for several prestigious journals and a well-known speaker on the academic circuit. He also sits on the National Medicines Management Advisory Group for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and was instrumental in gaining independent prescription rights for physiotherapists, as well as co-authoring the national guidelines for the use of injections.
