About us
Physiofit was established in 1992 with the aim of providing excellence in physiotherapy care where each patient is treated as a unique individual and where we continually exceed your expectations.
We offer you far more than just treatment for pain and injury. It’s not simply treatment; we work closely with you providing a tailored process that moves quickly from pain relief through rehabilitation to injury prevention and improved performance. At Physiofit we are not happy with a quick fix or recipe based treatments, instead we will seek to get to the very source of your problem and help you find a long term solution to prevent recurrence.
Physiofit has created a team of caring, knowledgeable, experienced professionals who are passionate about making you better. Using hands-on treatment and rehabilitation, along with education and self-management strategies, we will ensure you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.
We have been located in the centre of Alderley Edge for 25 years, opposite to the train station and on bus routes from surrounding areas. There is space to park outside the clinic for those with mobility issues. In 2017, we have opened a second clinic within the FITISM gym in the grounds of Wilmslow Rugby Club for both physiotherapy and sport specific rehabilitation and conditioning.
Our reputation for delivering first class treatment is recognised by patients, fellow physiotherapists, consultants and local GP’s. Physiofit has strong relationships with local businesses and residents in the area; and rewardingly, the majority of new patients at Physiofit arrive through recommendations from existing or previous patients.
