I am a clinical psychologist with over 30 years clinical experience in learning disability, and adult mental health. I am an accredited therapist and supervisor in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and I also am competent in EMDR, compassion focussed therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and existential psychotherapy.
