About me
I qualified as a Chiropractor in 1988, working in Watford and Hayes Middlesex. I am hugely enthusiastic about the help Chiropractic can bring for clients for both with the treatment and prevention of muscle-skeletal disorders.
I am qualified as an Alexander Technique Teacher with a specific interest in posture, exercise and prevention of back pain.
