About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Chartered Scientist, and Practitioner Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I've worked as a clinician and researcher in the NHS, in private practice and for the Medical Research Council. I've also taught various aspects of psychology at the University of Cambridge and for the Open University.

Areas of interest

Anxiety; Depression; Phobias; Panic Disorder; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; Stress management; Relationship issues; Parenting skills; Grief and loss; Managing major life transitions.

I welcome adults of all ages, and I can advise parents and other carers of the management of children's mental health.

I generally work short-term, and mainly use a Mindfulness-based CBT approach.
