About me

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you've been carrying things on your own for a while. My aim is to provide a warm, calm and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and begin to make sense of whatever is bringing you to therapy.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor with over 14 years' experience working with adults, young people and couples. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, life changes, and the challenges that can come with neurodiversity.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor therapy to each individual because no two people are the same. Together we will explore not only what's happening in your life now, but also how past experiences may be influencing the way you think, feel and respond today. My role isn't to tell you what to do, but to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop self-compassion and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Whether you are looking for support during a difficult time or want to make lasting changes in your life, I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself without fear of judgement.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you come to counselling. We can make sense of it together.
