About me

I am a BACP qualified and accredited counsellor offering weekly 50 minute counselling sessions both face to face and online. I offer a free 15 minute introductory call bookable via my website (riptidetherapy.co.uk).

My approach is integrative, drawing on several therapeutic models, while being grounded in the humanistic belief that people have an innate capacity for growth when they are met with empathy, understanding and acceptance.

I work with adults (18 plus) experiencing a wide range of issues including in particular:
