Ms. Paul's distinguished surgical career is underpinned by an exceptional academic record and elite training at premier global centres of excellence. She graduated with First Class Honors from Government Medical College, Thrissur, Kerala, India, before securing a highly competitive selection for her Master of Surgery MS in ENT at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS in New Delhi, India's premier medical institute, where she trained in complex basic and advanced head and neck procedures. She then moved to the United Kingdom to complete her Higher Surgical Training within the prestigious Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. To further refine her specialized skills, Ms. Paul undertook a prestigious subspecialist Paediatric ENT Fellowship at Perth Children's Hospital in Australia, where she gained advanced, world-class expertise in complex paediatric airway interventions.
Ms. Paul offers comprehensive care for a wide spectrum of adult and paediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions. She holds a substantive NHS Consultant position within the West Wing at the prestigious John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
A distinguished leader in postgraduate medical education, Ms. Paul is the current Programme Director for the Thames Valley ENT Registrar Training Programme, where she oversees the strategic development and rotation of the region's future surgical workforce. Her commitment to educational excellence is further demonstrated through her role as the organiser and faculty on the British Paediatric Airway Emergency Course, London, alongside her regular appointments as an invited expert faculty member for numerous national and international paediatric ENT courses.
