About me
ABOUT ME
I am a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist offering therapy online and face-to-face for individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions and other emotional wellbeing concerns.
People often come to therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can explore these difficulties together, helping you develop greater understanding, resilience and confidence in moving forward.
I have particular experience supporting people navigating relationship challenges, loss and bereavement, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the complexities of neurodiversity, including Autism and ADHD. My aim is to help clients gain deeper insight into their experiences while developing practical ways of managing the challenges they face.

Emotional wellbeing and interpersonal difficulties
Much of my work focuses on helping clients understand relationship patterns, improve communication, develop healthier boundaries and build more fulfilling relationships. I am particularly interested in how our early experiences and ways of relating can influence emotional wellbeing and our connections with others.
MY APPROACH
I am an integrative therapist, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, existential and cognitive behavioural approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to the individual rather than working from a single fixed model.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change often begins with feeling heard, understood and accepted. My aim is to provide a collaborative, reflective and respectful environment where clients feel safe to explore difficulties at their own pace and develop new ways of understanding themselves and their experiences.
I also have a particular interest in mind-body connections and how emotional experiences can be reflected in our physical responses. This interest informs my understanding of emotional wellbeing and continues to shape my ongoing professional development.
HOW THERAPY MAY HELP
Clients come to therapy for many different reasons, and outcomes will vary according to individual goals and circumstances. Therapy can support:
Greater self-awareness and understanding of emotional and relational patterns
Improved communication and healthier boundaries
Increased confidence and self-esteem
Better management of anxiety, stress and emotional challenges
Enhanced emotional resilience
Improved ability to navigate grief, loss and significant life changes
Greater understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on wellbeing and relationships
