About me

Michail's clinical expertise encompasses the surgical management of complex gynaecological malignancies, and he is deeply involved in advancing oncological care through evidence-based practice.

He is highly skilled in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery for both benign conditions, including ovarian cysts and endometriosis, and malignant gynaecological diseases. He is also an experienced colposcopist and general gynaecologist.

His clinical interests include familial cancers, fertility-sparing surgery for gynaecological malignancies, and complex pelvic exenterative surgery. He remains actively involved in research, with a strong and evolving academic portfolio.

He serves as a Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist at Barts Health NHS Trust (including The Royal London Hospital) and holds an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer position at Queen Mary University of London.
