About me

Dimitre is passionate about fitness, nutrition, and well-being. He has been involved in sports since very young age and was a member of the school athletics team as a high jumper. In his teenage years he was approached by a coach to join a local martial arts club where he quickly became an integral part of the team.

He has enjoyed weightlifting and general fitness conditioning for most of his life. At the age of 16 his best friend and I opened a small gym, which they kept running for several years. Today he is still a devoted gym enthusiast and he likes to keep himself informed about nutrition and new training trends.

Dimitre completed is a Physiotherapist and also completed a BSc (Hons) in Rehabilitation at St Mary's University and this has given him a the academic foundation to better understand the physical movement and biomechanics of the human body, as well as the science of exercise and rehabilitation. His biggest reward and sense of achievement comes from working with people in various sports backgrounds and fitness levels and help them achieve optimal performance and physical well-being.

Tell us an unusual fact about you! I am used to be a Go Karting racer.

Where is the best place you have travelled to? The best place that I travelled to is Lorgues. Small place situated in south of France close to the French Riviera. Went on holiday with my family and we were blown away by nature, food and wine.
