About me
I am a BACP-registered, accredited counsellor with almost 20 years of counselling experience working with adults and children in the NHS, schools, charities and private practice. I work with a range of issues and offer a welcoming, calm, supportive space for you to talk through and make sense of your emotions at your own pace. Helping you to identify your needs and strengthen your resources to overcome your challenges, and increase your well-being.
Areas of interest
I specialise in working with stress; anxiety; and relationship issues. This may be with your partner, family member or work colleague. I will work with you in a person-centred way to fully understand your issues and find the best way to help you gain insight and strategies to manage your emotions and move forward, feeling more confident in yourself, your life and your relationships.
