Hi, my name is Christine and I am an experienced integrative counsellor. I have previously worked with MIND and Heads Together helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem and relationship issues alongside many years of experience in the airline industry.

Working together to explore patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping, I will support you to gain clarity, build confidence, and find the right ways that will help you move forward.
