About me

Dr Marigold Hayes is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience across the breadth of Adult Mental Health Services, working for 25 years within the NHS and private sector. Her most recent NHS role was as Head of Psychology services in an Inner London Borough. She now works independently, offering private therapy, consultation and supervision, alongside creative and innovative collaborations with other healthcare professionals to support those struggling with their mental health.

Dr Hayes offers evidence based individual psychological therapy to adults and young people (aged 18+) both face-to-face and�online. She specialises in working with OCD, Intrusive Thoughts, and Unhelpful Negative and Self-Defeating Thinking. She also works with most common mental health difficulties including Stress, Professional Burnout, Anxiety, Depression and Low Self-Esteem. She is� also able to assist with difficulties relating to the impact of significant life events and adverse early life experiences.
