About me
In a world of quick fixes, my psychotherapeutic approach is grounded in clinical evidence that shows a therapist is of most help when they step away from diagnosing or 'treating' their client - and instead, support and empower their client to find their own solutions to their concerns. I am not here to 'fix' you, and I will never assume I know best about your own life experience. Instead, I will always strive to understand you deeply, empathise with you, and accept you and every aspect of your personal experience you might choose to share - all the twists and turns, and challenges along the way. I will not take the lead in deciding on the content of your therapy sessions, but rather, I will be right there alongside you in your unique explorative process - always respecting your pace. I have found over and over, that person-centred therapy can be deeply therapeutic, and enable one to understand themselves in new and insightful ways. My sessions are suitable for anyone interested in exploring their feelings and thoughts in a safe space, with a genuine and compassionate therapist.
* I offer weekly and ad-hoc sessions throughout the year, and during August I also offer twice weekly sessions - should you be interested in intensive summer therapy sessions *
If you have Bupa authorization and would like to meet me for a brief virtual consultation, you are welcome to book here:

A little more about me:
I have extensive experience supporting adults, young people, and professionals in a variety of contexts. My practice is informed by many years working as a wellbeing practitioner, and a special educational needs and disabilities specialist. As a qualified mindfulness facilitator, sessions with me provide the opportunity for bringing mindfulness into psychotherapy.
I look forward to meeting you.
