About me

I offer a safe, confidential space to enable you to bring whatever it may be that is causing you concern. I am an empathic, compassionate therapist who will actively listen to you without judging. Alongside talking therapy, I use a variety of techniques to support our work.

I work with clients from 12 through to older adults with a wide variety of issues.


I practise in person in Buckhurst Hill and online.
