About me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years' experience working in private practice, the NHS, charities and universities. I offer a thoughtful, confidential and supportive space where you can explore difficulties at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is grounded in existential psychotherapy, which focuses on helping you reflect more deeply on your experiences, relationships, emotions and patterns of living.
Therapy can offer space to think when life feels uncertain, overwhelming or stuck.
I work collaboratively and without judgement, aiming to help you develop greater clarity, self-understanding and emotional resilience. Alongside private practice, I have held senior clinical roles within NHS and trauma services, supporting people with a wide range of mental health and emotional difficulties. This experience informs my calm, compassionate and trauma-informed way of working.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy to adults and provide sessions in a warm and reflective setting in Islington, close to Angel and Highbury & Islington stations.
I hold an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and am accredited by the UKCP.
