About me

Sometimes we all need support. Life today is challenging and our problems can seem overwhelming and without solution. My aim is to offer a warm, non-judgemental space from which you can explore your issues, develop greater self-awareness and be supported in finding the best way forward to a happier and more balanced life.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and trained EMDR practitioner, with 14 years of experience. I work with adults with a wide range of issues either in person at my clinic in Daventry, online or over the phone .
I adhere to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy's Ethical Framework. This includes attending regular supervision to ensure I am practising ethically, safely and with the best interests of my clients at all times.
