About me

Hi, I'm Daniella, a friendly and compassionate dietitian specialising in sports and paediatric nutrition. My passion began at age 12 after seeing a dietitian as a young athlete, an experience that inspired my career.

I hold both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Dietetics and have experience supporting a wide range of clinical patients. I have a strong interest in sports nutrition, with research focused on female team-sport athletes, and have worked with rugby, football, hockey, endurance, and strength athletes. I support clients of all levels to improve performance, body composition, and overall health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition.

I also have a passion for paediatric nutrition, helping parents support their children's health with practical, family-friendly advice while building confidence and positive relationships with food
