About me

Mr Ahmed Ibrahim is a dual-accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeon and one of only a few UK plastic surgeons with additional specialist training in breast cancer surgery. He offers expert, patient-centred care across the full spectrum of aesthetic, reconstructive, and oncoplastic procedures.

His cosmetic practice specialises in all breast aesthetic surgery (enlargement, reduction, uplift, implant revision, male breast reduction), body contouring (abdominoplasty, liposuction, fat transfer, arm lift, thigh lift, and post-weight-loss body contouring), and facial aesthetic surgery (upper and lower eyelid surgery/blepharoplasty, prominent ear correction/pinnaplasty, and facial lipomodelling using fat transfer to restore natural facial balance).

In addition to cosmetic surgery, Mr Ibrahim has extensive expertise in skin cancer surgery (benign and malignant skin lesions, melanoma and non-melanoma excision and reconstruction) and breast cancer surgery, including wide local excision/lumpectomy, therapeutic mammoplasty, mastectomy, and chest wall perforator flap reconstruction. He performs total breast reconstruction using both implant-based techniques and autologous (own tissue) methods, such as LD, DIEP, TUG, and PAP flaps. He also manages complex revision breast surgery and treats congenital breast deformities, including Poland syndrome and tuberous breast.

Mr Ibrahim is a Consultant Plastic and Breast Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and also practices at Spire Leicester Hospital. He completed advanced fellowships in microsurgical reconstruction, aesthetic surgery, and oncoplastic breast surgery at Nottingham University Hospitals.
