About me

I am an independent Physiotherapy provider based in Bromley offering high?quality care and a setting to match.

With over six years of clinical experience both in the NHS and privately, I have worked across the full musculoskeletal spectrum and collaborated closely with Orthopaedics, Rheumatology, and Pain Management Services.

I have a particular clinical interest in spinal pathologies, as well as hip and shoulder issues. I combine patient?centred care with a biomechanical assessment to form a clear clinical picture. Often, pains that arise spontaneously or gradually over time can (all other things being equal) can be attributed to a mechanical fault

My treatment style integrates hands?on manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, movement re?training, and personalised education to optimise outcomes and support long?term recovery.

My goal is to help each patient understand their condition, regain confidence in movement, and return to the activities that matter most�whether work, sport, or daily life.
