About me

I completed my Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Therapy in 2012.

I bring together a range of psychological therapies to provide support, insight and change.

I am also an experienced Trauma Informed Therapist, and able to work safely with various types of trauma.

I am an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means i am an experienced, competent and ethical practitioner.

In addition to my private practice, I have also worked as a therapist for a number of charities, the NHS, employee assistance programmes and private health company.

I am confident and experienced in working with both adults and under 18 children/young people (13 years +)

My main aim in working with clients is to help them develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others.
