About me

I offer high quality, Psychotherapy and EMDR for individual therapy and couples, for relationship counselling and trauma and have many years experience working with mental health. I am also a clinical supervisor. My commitment is to unconditionally respect values, background and beliefs, offering a discreet and professional service. ?Whatever you are experiencing, you don't have to face it alone?. I believe in on-going training, academic learning and supervision and keep myself up-to-date with best practice, and developments in the industry. I am experienced with trauma, grief and anxiety and depression and also work with more complex cases.
I am an experinced psychotherapist and have previously also worked as a mental health nurse and volunteered as a therapist with rape crisis.
