I am an EMDR therapist and Integrative counsellor with over 20 years experience of supporting people. Sometimes difficulties are hard to navigate on your own and are perhaps too difficult to share with others in your life. I offer you a warm, non-judgemental, supportive and confidential style of therapy that will give you the opportunity to untangle difficulties affecting you. I can support you to explore what is going on for you in more depth and give you insights and tools to make adjustments and transitions at your pace.
I am a BACP accredited counsellor offering an integrative style of therapy; I use different styles of therapy to suit your needs, help improve your wellbeing and work through the blocks you may face.
